You probably don't need all the sources, but rather the Java API.
I found them here:
http://git.source.android.com/?p=platform/frameworks/base.git;a=snapshot;h=HEAD;sf=tgz

If you're using eclipse just import the root as a project. It will not
compile because of some other external dependencies, but you'll be
able to browse majority of API sources.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to attach them to the Android
library, modification to that library is disabled in eclipse...
