It's very difficult to answer your question the way you've posed it. I'd suggest you can assume that what's in the api docs, http://developer.android.com/intl/de/reference/packages.html, is available. I know the Android Google Maps API is also available, documented at code.android.com, so there may be a more that aren't listed in the main API reference.
