The only way to do it is to install your app on a device and leave a
comment of your own in the Market listing on that device. This is OK
(but obviously not great) for free apps like yours, but doesn't
generally work for paid apps (because Google won't let you buy a copy
of your own app).

The lack of a mechanism for replying to comments is one of the biggest
shortcomings of the current Market implementation. To express your
