I would say the answer is a obvious YES.

The trouble is finding someone/company willing to buy it at a price
that you are willing to sell.
I do believe you would probably need someone to do the selling for
you. Finding a buyer is not a easy task and there is a lot involved,
unless you already have interested buyer.
