The problem with publicizing that they are pirates is that people looking for pirate Android sites will now find them. It's better to use phrases like "Appbucket is a scam" and "Appbucket took my money and I got nothing" or "Appbucket stole my credit card number" - all of which would scare people away rather than attract them.
