Ever since I heard someone did this I decided it would be my starter project.
I did a repo sync of the entire Android source tree at http://source.android.com/source/download.html on my virtualized Kubuntu 10.04 machine. I downloaded the 'agcc' script (http://plausible.org/andy/agcc) I put it in ~/bin and added that to my path. I try to compile bash using some suggested ./configure arguments, here is the pastie. Am I doing this correctly? I just want to port a few apps to console - such as irssi, sshd/ssh, bash, uptime, uname, etc. I'll start with bash since that's all text based and easy. Here is the pastebin: http://pastie.org/private/9cqap3ggjkx0fzwladfa -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
