Atually there is no legal issue here. Against the TOS + theft : Account terminated !
I can admit although with difficulty, 32 spammers with 10 000 apps(actual numbers) and 14 years old, made-in-5-minutes crapps, to artificially increase the count of apps in the market for marketing purpose. But this is something else. I'm glad I just bought a Mac. Diversification will soften the feeling as I won't be 100% Android as today !!
