There is no default apis or app to do this. There might be some applications
which do this.

PDF is an open format, and if you would like to do stuff with it, there are
already many third party libraries which you could use (depending on your
requirements).

I don't have any code samples, but I am sure if you do a search, you will
find quite a handful.
