Yah, I've had one or two that were downright crass, and I don't mind
negative feedback because it helps me improve things, but every once
in a while I find a comment that should really be deleted... fine if
they keep the 1 start rating, but the comment should be removed.

I also get a lot of people missing a feature and rate low because of
it, even if the feature is there. It would be good if you could
attache a counter-comment to comments so it became a kind of FAQ.
