This is really something that Google should assemble and publish, not an individual developer. First, it's a big workload to do it right, and second it may not always be correct.
I can't remember what it was, but there is at least one part of the API that I found where instead of throwing an exception with a useful message, just fails in some ridiculous way. I found out later that it was because I didn't have the required permission.
