I got the JSON parsing error too when uploading an updated APK yesterday and today, using Firefox. Did not get this error in the past with Firefox. Just reloading the page then gives you a draft listing, and you can next proceed to fill in the Recent Changes (was grayed out after the error) and press Publish.
