If you're getting the same error it would seem it's still finding the debug certificate. It's possible you deleted the wrong one. Check the Eclipse Android settings - it has a setting for the default and a custom one. If you set a custom one, delete that. If not, make a custom one and tell it to use that. I'm using a custom one, though now I can't remember how I set it.
