This isn't a programming question, and the usual disclaimers apply
about consulting your own tax advisor (which might be TurboTax, I
know).

In general, for US federal taxes, yes - refer to schedule C - business
income and expense.

For state taxes, it is often much more complex, but I'm sure you got
all the right forms when you registered your business with the proper
state agency, right?
