Yes, I should be paying quarterly. However they usually let you go the
first year before you get penalized. For now even if I do get
penalties I'll just chalk it up to a learning experience. They aren't
going to toss you in jail or anything after all. As long as you show
you are in good faith trying to meet the requirements they will work
with you. The penalities aren't that high either, so I'm waiting to
see if it's much a deal to worry about it, I think maybe they are 5-8%
of the owed, along with interest earned in how late you didn't pay.
