A couple of our apps are invisible on devices with the 2.2.2 update, and have been for a few days now.
I suspect the Market has forgotten to add the fingerprints of the new ROMs to its database, so devices with those ROMs cannot see copy- protected apps. There's a lot of complaint on the Market support forums about the issue, and a couple of bugs in the Android bug database, but so far I have found no comment from Google about the problem. Last time this happened they fixed it in the end. Let's hope they do that this time.
