I had this problem as well. Generally, the reason is that Android Market is quite selective in the way which apps to make available to which device. For example, I tried to find my apps using a Google Developer Phone and couldn't find anything but I saw that other people are successfully downloading the apps. Also, when a new device appears on the market, its firmware is unknown to Android Market and it gets only a limited selection of apps. Also making the app copy protected reduces its visibility.
