Can someone confirm that their in-app purchase system is still working? For the past 2 days, I have not been able to receive one single IN-APP NOTIFY message. If i try to make a purchase, i get an email instantly about the purchase, it shows up in Google Checkout but my app does not get the purchase_state_changed notification. Also, if i cancel the order, i used to get another purchase_state_changed notification and a notification in the status bar as well but I don't get those either now.
