Hmm thanks for the reply. My app is uploaded as a draft and my items are published so I think this should be an actual production environment. I've tried 3 different devices now...none of them are getting any purchase_state_changed notifications. The only exception is if i try to restore transactions, then they do come through properly.
How long after purchase does it typically take before you see the purchase_state_changed?
