One user reported the problem like this - sounds like he has to launch it
via the Market every time!

"It's shown as installed in my download list and I can run it OK from there,
but I can't find a launcher icon anywhere. It's certainly not available when
I use the normal + button."

As far as I know those with the problem all use standard ROMs but I haven't
asked about alternative launchers/home screens. With so few users affected
it's difficult to find out more. It definitely works on a Desire as I use
one myself and we have another one in the office for testing.

Perhaps we'll never know :/
