I don“t know the details of your implementation, but please be aware
of this issue:
SIP uses the SDP protocol to negotiate the codec, ports and IP that
the RTP protocol will use to exchange data. When you are using the 3G
operator's network you are behind NAT, this means that there will IP
translation. BUT inside the SDP, the contact IP will be the one of
your Smartphone.
Take a close look on how SIP, SDP and RTP works!
