I ordered mine on Dec. 11, but Brightstar didn't ship it out until the 15th. With FedEx ground, I received it in California on the 19th.
I tracked it using the track by reference trick mentioned previously. I too never received an e-mail with a tracking number. I was already tracking it when I received an e-mail stating that it was shipped.
