Just a data-point from someone in CA, USA. I ordered around 12/15 with 'fedex overnight' option thinking maybe I could get it before my vacation on the 19th. No dice. Brightstar managed to bill me three times and get my credit card blocked while I was traveling, but they removed the extra charges themselves.
It is now the 30th and I have not received the phone. FedEx has had it since the 19th. Apparently it was sent 'home delivery' and FedEx does not try on Monday. Apparently they may be trucking around until about 20:00 under 'home delivery' so there are still two hours left to see if they come through, but I'm not holding my breath. If they do get this far, I suspect that they will bounce off the locked office door at the building where I work but we'll see. Had I to do over again, I would not waste my money on 'overnight delivery'. It appears to be a sick joke on both Brightstar and FedEx's part.
