Google posts the LVL code. Crackers post code to circumvent LVL. It is up to you then to use the cracker tool to make sure that your protection is unique and secret, and not known to the cracker. Same goes for testing your app with APKTool. You simply cannot rely on the last 'public release' and use it like that because the code is there for all to see.
