Speaking as someone who, thankfully, is NOT a lawyer, I have to wonder.... Has anyone filed a countersuit against Lodsys? It would make sense, to me, at least.... File for all legal and court fees, any travel/expenses fees I racked up, plus about $30 million in punitive damages (knowing that it would be reduced, but why not START high, anyways?)....
