Wow, if you didn't have the official android sdk plugin, that's pretty
crazy,  and a lot of work.  (You might care to open source it.)  But
you mean, just install the app on your phone?  You can use adb (with
an 'adb push' read the help page for adb.)  But what do you mean by
*deploy* ???  Typically this word, in common English usage, means to
publish in a place where many people will access it. (In which case
you use the android market.)
