Just noticed this today on the market developer's console. I suppose we are now supposed to interpret the numbers differently than we had in the past. Apparently, the top number (users) is just the number of unique users who have downloaded the app and the bottom number (devices) is the number of devices where the app is currently installed.
I supposed this makes more sense for the situation where I have a paid app with more devices than users (previously a >100 install %). Maybe all it's saying now is that some users have the app installed on two devices with the same google account. Anyone know if I am reading this correctly?
