It's not documented, but (at least on the emulator) it appears 
that WallpaperService.Engine.onOffsetsChanged() is no longer called when the 
home screen offset changes in ICS. A breakpoint in my live wallpaper's 
implementation of onOffsetsChanged() gets hit exactly once - when the 
wallpaper's created.

Can any other LWP devs confirm or deny this?

Needless to say, this is a bit disappointing if true, and I'm certain will 
lead to users complaining that *I* broke something, or removed 
functionality, when in reality it's happened at the platform level.
