First, this subject is out of scope of this discussion list. Second, AFAIK the watermarking algorithms you are interested in are usually IPs of companies functioning in that area. I don't believe that any company will share its IP freely with others.
Third, if you are lucky you can find an academic paper in the databases of ACM or IEEE (You need membership to download papers from these communities). You can also try CiteSeer, it's free but you cannot find everything there.
