sorry for my strange question  !!
I mean,i want make app that lets you wirelessly manage & control your
Android devices (phone) from a web browser. It's designed with the
vision to bridge the gap between your Android device and web browser,
on desktop computers, on Windows (like : Lazydroid,
Airdroid,SwiFTP,etc )

where can i get tutorial to make app like that ??
