Why would anyone report that 30% that isn't part of their income? That money is GOOGLE's income, not the dev's. Actually, I believe business costs are deductable, and I'm sure any half-decent tax lawyer could write that off as a cost of doing business on the Google Toy Store/Market. After all, that's exactly what it is. Unless, of course, we can get out of having to give them that 30% to sell apps on the Market.
