I think the logic here is that your company (not Google) earned the income 
for your app the moment the app was sold. The amount your company earned is 
equal to the amount you sold it for.

Google's commission is an expense. There's nothing about this expense that 
should draw a red flag. Then again, I'm not a registered tax agent.

The problem I had with this form is it was impossible to cross check and 
didn't balance out. I find that to be really the mess here. It seems as if 
there is a lack of accounting experience on the part of the engineers 
working on the system formally known as the market. That might be the root 
of the problem.
