Hi, We have recently discovered that our client has incorrectly uploaded the 'test version' their app to GooglePlay. (back in Oct2011)
This was discovered when we tried to upload the updated version using the correct certificate. It failed because the keys where different. So we need to know how this incorrectly certified version currently in GooglePlay can be updated from the back-end with the correct details. Which will recitify the situation and allow us to publlish he new updated version. I have sent 4 emails via normal GooglePlay developers support but received no response over the last 3 weeks. So that avenue is not supporting my enquiry.
