Based on your story, if it was for title only, I find it very weird if you weren't able to receive an answer from Google Play team asking why your account was suspended. If there was a trademark infringement , Google Play support pages state that "In appropriate circumstances, Google will terminate repeat trademark infringers." So ummm..
