Your probably right but you would think they include it in the initial 
banned e-mail as they have already determined the reason. You would think 
they have already logged the reason in their system. If we don't know why 
our app is being banned the first time we create more work for everyone by 
changing these that aren't even the issue or missing something and it 
getting banned yet again.
