Generally, yes. If you sell stuff you need to pay taxes (sales taxes/VAT) on it.
But If you are not selling more than a certain dollar (or other currency) amount to users in a given country, don't expect a taxman to bang on your door trying to collect from you.Only after a certain threshold you are required to pay taxes.
