You can use the NDK to write C++ inside Android apps.

But you can't really write apps using C++, it's just not possible.  So
you can write native code, but you don't really get access to a nice
framework that includes all the necessary pieces for apps, etc...

(Sure, you can probably hack it and get something that works well
enough, but it's not going to be quite the same...)
