Hi, Some data resides on the SD card, some is on the flash memory, SoC chips have their own memory and kernels with data, and other data resides inside the linux kernel space. Your best approach will be to root the phone so you can access anything that turns out to be needed. Look (google it) to see if anyone has rooted this device yet with instructions. If not available, then you will need to discover which platform is used for this devices, maybe from Qualcomm to access the necessary bootloader to use. Each device used to root has some key sequence to access the devices bootloader, most of the time it involves holding down the power button while increasing the volume button.
