Hi, This depends on your network provider, some/most? NAT / FIREWALL / BLOCK the IP address so you can't connect to the device over the cellular network. One of the two provider I use does not nat / firewall / block the IP address so I can connect ok. But as others have said you typically do this through a secondary server.
