It doesn't matter (IANAL) because if your app's name is substantially 
similar to that 
trademarked by someone else, that is, enough to cause confusion in the 
public's mind 
between your product or service and that of the trademark holder, you then 
are in 
violation of trademark law. Have you checked with an attorney, vivek, or

relying on your own extensive experience in the law to reach your
