Just checked my order list, and yes, I'm seeing a few of these (where the order is canceled with "Reason: Other (describe below)" and there is nothing below, even the usual "Our attempt to authorize the transaction failed"). I see a pattern: in all of these orders, the user's "account age" is "0 days".
