My biggest cluster so far was last week during the week. There were slightly less during the weekend, but still plenty.
It's not as high a percentage of people as it is a percentage of orders. Some people "just have no luck at all' to quote Pirates of the Caribbean. They seem to be on some sort of secret no-buy list, and they keep trying to buy over and over, even changing credit cards, and still can't buy.
