Arpan, I am working on same thing using Nexus 7 and Asus Transformer 300TF. I am trying to connect to an encrypted credit card reader. So far, I have not been able to "find" the device. Using the Transformer and the Nexus 7, if I connect my DroidX cell phone in PC mode it shows up, but I am not able to "see" the card reader. I am hoping to find more information here. For your case, Nikolay's answer sounds good if you can find someone that will let you play with their Nexus 7.
