If you mean Webapp like JQueryMobile, Sencha Touch and Phonegap then visit their site. You might think Hybrid app rather than just Webapp. Sencha Touch has it own native packager and you can find PhoneGap plugin for JQueryMobile and SenchaTouch. You can put your web resource under your asset folder and load it in your WebView component. Please search them if they are what you want.
