Well, each app is a different world. For example, no one younger than 18 will ever buy my app because you need to have a car (maybe 16 in some countries).. If you publish a game maybe you get much more comments because younger users are more used to write stuff and leave their opinions in the Internet.
I was not right with my 10% prediction.. it is more close to 40%. What I actually meant with 10% was that only 10% of users who download an app do leave a rate.
