Hi,

Four days ago my apps got removed from Google Play store. These two apps
were providing with cheats to GTA VC and GTA 3. I wasn't given any reminder
to remove apps or something, simply both of them just got straight
away removed. However, I was notified about the removal and the reason why
is:

*REASON FOR REMOVAL*: Violation of the intellectual
property<https://play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy.html#IP>
 and impersonation or deceptive
behavior<https://play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy.html#impersonation>
 provisions
of the Content Policy.

The only thing that comes to my mind why they have removed my apps is that
I have used an image of GTA. However, I have seen many apps on Google Play
store which are using GTA images and they're still there. I have replied to
Google's email by saying:

1. Title and package name of removed application
> Title: GTA 3 CHEATS
> Package name: gumcajatgmail.com.grand.theft.auto.three.cheats
> Tile: GTA VICE CITY CHEATS
> Package name: gumcajatgmail.com.grand.theft.auto.vice.city.cheats

> No.

It's been 4 days and I still didn't get any reply from them. My Developer
panel says under status that apps are Suspended. Over these 10 days I had
quite a lot of sales that were increasing everyday.

Could someone help me somehow?

Here are two links to my apps that I have advertised on XDA forum.
Information included in my posts is exactly what I have included on Google
Play when I was adding my apps.

GTA VC cheats: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2161212
GTA 3 cheats: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2165658

Thanks, Dawid.
