Is there any other way to contact Google to get more clearly answer of what
we the actual cause of taking these two apps down?

I suggest putting your efforts into an application that's original, uses no

Well, my applications were original/a way different from other
cheats available and 500+ downloads in few days tells me that they were
somehow useful. Only these two images were a downfall.

I would like to get fast reply from Google because I don't want to reupload
these apps without images and still get them removed which might eventually
cause a removal of my Developer account. I want to be 100% sure what was
the cause.

I will try to contact with Rockstar Games/Take 2 Interactive Software, Inc.
any try to get a permission from them.
