do you have installed Java on mashine...i had a same problem and it has fixed when i changed and add on PATH on enviroment Variables on system propetties :
;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_27\bin; ---- offcourse, you have to map folder that you installed yout JAVA.
