Unfortunately, I'm just learning to develop games, and I'm coming from a totally different background in terms of writing any code---it's always been to solve some problem or meet some need, not games. But now, I am trying to do games...MANY games, hoping to make enough money to either boost my investing each month, or, if I'm incredibly lucky, make enough right away to get out from under Social Security Disability (which my first cancer forced me into) in the near future...but I keep running into brick walls like this one (all of which, until now, I got past). > was in the same boat as you. Hopefully I can learn enough from it to develop the game (player) controller I want to add as an option to the usual on-screen one.
