Just thought I would follow up, In the 30 minutes since I posted my last post in this thread I got an email from Google describing the paid apps plan (which was posted at the Google developers blog http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2009/02/android-market-update-support-for.html) Basically saying paid apps will start selling mid next week
