There is not much documentation available for the same, I wanted to ask the following 1. Is android.os.Build.Serial available in all android phones/tablets above API level 9? 2. if yes , are they globally unique?
I want to add a point that i am trying to find a way to uniquely identify a phone. an identification that doesnt change even after factory reset, I am aware of IMEI but some people do illegally change their IMEI.
